I spoke with Global News as Mississauga City Council voted for a one-year pause on new data centres, following the same moratorium Oakville passed on August 11, 2026. When residents show up at town hall and ask the hard questions about our power grid, our water, and our neighbourhoods, councils listen.
This is my stand as an Oakville resident, a principle I believe in, election or not.
