Why I'm running

My wife and I lived in Oakville for 23+ years because we believe in what this community can be. Ward 7 is growing fast — but that growth isn't always matched with the infrastructure, services, and transparency that residents deserve.

I've seen the gap firsthand between what residents expect from their council and what they're getting.

We believe Ward 7 can do better.

My background

Over 25+ years, I've built a career at the intersection of customer experience and data. I've led teams, built systems, and helped organizations understand what their customers actually need — not what's easiest or cheapest to deliver.

That experience translates directly to what Ward 7 needs: a councillor who lives in the ward, listens carefully, measures outcomes honestly, and holds institutions accountable for results.

Currently, I run a consulting practice, advising businesses on customer-centricity and customer experience. I understand how organizations work — and how they fail their customers when they stop listening.

Ward 7 and Glenorchy

Living in Glenorchy means we all experience Ward 7's challenges firsthand. We see the traffic on roads not designed for this volume. We watch the school enrollment numbers. We notice when snow plowing is slower north of Dundas.

This isn't a stepping stone. This is my community, and I'm committed to it.

How I'll show up

If elected, I will:

  • Publish all my meetings with developers, lobbyists, and stakeholders
  • Issue quarterly updates to Ward 7 residents on my platform
  • Maintain regular communication channels and flexible ward availability
  • Vote for a lobbyist registry at Town Hall
  • Track and report on service delivery north of Dundas
