Hearing what matters to Ward 7, from growth in north Oakville to data centres, was the most important part of this campaign. And to the volunteers and neighbours who hosted a sign or gave me ten minutes at the door: you made this campaign happen.
Where we go from here
Looking ahead: as a Glenorchy resident and advocate, this is what I’ll keep working on.
No hyper-scale data centre in Oakville
Hyper-scale data centres don’t belong in our community. I’ll keep speaking up, keep asking questions, and stand with neighbours who want the same.
Control irresponsible development
New homes should come with the roads, schools and services to support them. I’ll keep pushing for growth that is planned, not rushed.
